Sharing knitting as a tool for mental wellness
Recognized worldwide as a tool for mental wellness, knitting has been shown to reduce anxiety, manage stress, provide social connection, and support creative and mental stimulation. Knitting is shown to have physiological effects similar to meditation, calming the mind and lowering blood pressure.

With the mission of promoting mental wellness through the art of knitting, the Knitting for Wellness project facilitates custom workshops, provides one-on-one canvassing instruction in care facilities, and more.
